Phase II of The Marq Champions Club Taking Shape

Phase II of The Marq Champions Club is beginning to take shape.

The Director of Community Services Chris Tribble provided an update on Phase II of The Marq to the City Council at Tuesdays’ session. Tribble showed the council aerial snapshots of the progress that’s been made from mid-December to now.

Workers are moving dirt and leveling the earth in preparation for the Phase II build out. The aerials also showed the excavation site for the swimming pool. Director Tribble says they are on track for a summer 2018 opening of The Marq Champions Club.

The progress of Phase III, the Southlake Tennis Center, was also mentioned. The completion date is on schedule for an early 2018 spring opening.
