The Tarrant County Fire Marshal’s Office has lifted the Tarrant County burn ban on outdoor burning as of Tuesday, March 28, 2017. However, we’d like to remind you that the City of Southlake regulations differ from those of Tarrant County.
Typically Southlake does not allow for open burning. Residents are reminded to follow the Fire Marshal’s standard procedures and restrictions on any outdoor burning including: cookouts, ceremonial fires etc. A permit is required and may be obtained at no cost at any DPS fire station or the City of Southlake Fire Marshal’s office.
If you have any question about Southlake burn regulation, please contact the Fire Marshal’s Office at 817-748-8233.
