Carroll ISD has named Carie Barthelemess of Hallsville ISD as the new Coordinator of Accountability and Assessment. Carie has 21 years of experience in education and previously served as the Hallsville ISD Director of Assessment and Accountability since 2014.
In this role, she provided support to the Superintendent, District Leadership team and additional campus administrative leadership, including campus testing coordinators. She worked in close conjunction with the Curriculum Director in professional learning and training for the district.
Barthelemess has experience as a former interim assistant superintendent, assistant principal and campus testing coordinator in Hallsville ISD.
She has a Master’s degree from Stephen F. Austin and undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She is currently working toward her superintendent certification at University of Texas at Tyler.
Before arriving at Hallsville ISD, Barthelemess taught in Sulphur Springs ISD, Kilgore ISD, and Longview ISD.
