Update on N. Peytonville Road Construction Project

A quick update for you on the N. Peytonville Ave. road reconstruction project.

The project starts at the N. Peytonville Ave. intersection at Corporate Circle and runs north of Ten Bar Trail. The City of Southlake Public Works staff have been hard at work to complete the project on schedule. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed in late July of this year.

This project, funded through the annual Capital Improvements Program, is part of the City of Southlake’s inter-local partnership with the Tarrant County Precinct 3 Roadway Maintenance Division. An added benefit of partnering with the County is that the County owns heavy equipment that Southlake does not have. This inter-local agreement helps to reduce taxpayer costs for roadway maintenance through combining City and County resources to quickly and efficiently complete construction.
