Early Voting and Election Day for Place 6 Information

Early voting began August 23 and will continue through September 5, and Election Day is scheduled for September 9.  Find information on where and when you can vote below.

Early Voting:  August 23 – September 5

Early voting will be conducted at Town Hall, in the 3rd floor training rooms, for BOTH Tarrant and Denton County Southlake residents.

August 23 – 25 (Wed, Thurs, Fri)               8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
August 26 – 27 (Sat, Sun)                             Closed
August 28 -31 (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs)   8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
September 1 (Fri)                                           7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
September 2 (Sat)                                          7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
September 3 (Sun)                                         Closed
September 4 (Mon)                                       Closed for Labor Day
September 5 (Tues)                                       7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Election Day:  Saturday, September 9, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM

Election Day voting will be conducted at Town Hall, in the 3rd floor training rooms, for BOTH Tarrant and Denton County Southlake residents. 

Apply for Ballot by Mail (Absentee Ballot)

Election Day is several weeks away, but there are a few things you can do now to make sure your voice is heard.

If you know you are going to be out of town during both the early voting period and on election day, or if you are 65 years of age or older, you are eligible to request a Ballot by Mail (Absentee Ballot) from the County Elections Administrator for the county in which you live.

Denton County voters, please access the Denton County Elections website for more information.  Click here to access the Official Application for Ballot by Mail Form.  August 29th is the deadline to submit an application by mail, fax to 940-349-3201, or email to elections@dentoncounty.com.

Remember – vote early! Early voting began August 23 and will continue through September 5. Both Tarrant County and Denton County voters can vote in Southlake Town Hall during the period of early voting and on election day.
