The kids aren’t the only ones who get to have fun. Southlake Recreation offers a wide range of programs and athletic leagues for adults (18+) so everybody can get in on the action!

Women’s Self-Defense (Ages 18+)- This class will empower women to fight back by teaching techniques on how to survive an attack from an assailant. The class will also cover escapes from nonthreatening annoyance attacks, defense from chokes and strangles, defense against attacks from the front and from behind, what to do if you are tackled and brought to the ground and much more.
Prenatal Yoga (Ages 18+)- Learn poses and pranayama (breath work) to help make your pregnancy and birth the best it can be. Dr. Pam Kendall is a maternity chiropractor and 200 hour yoga instructor. Join her as she teaches you some poses and postures to ease some of the discomforts that can often come whele being pregnant.
Fit4Mom-Body Back (Ages 18+)- Body Back is a results-based workout program designed by and for moms. Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.
