Fitness Classes for the month of October

School is back in session and summer is coming to an end so let the City of Southlake help get you back into the groove of working-out.

Parks and Recreation is offering so many new innovative classes for adults looking to live a healthier lifestyle. We have a range of options from educational courses like our LiveFit LiveWell Lecture Series to High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) courses like our Fit4Mom – Body Back.

Prenatal Yoga

Learn poses and pranayama (breath work) to help make your pregnancy and birth the best it can be. Dr. Pam Kendall is a maternity chiropractor and 200 hour yoga instructor. Join her as she teaches you some poses and postures to ease some of the discomforts that can often come with having a bun in the oven. Learn more here.

Fit4mom

Body Back – Body Back is a results-based workout program designed by and for moms. Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT); total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she has her baby six months ago or 20 years ago. Learn more here.

LiveFit Pass

The LiveFit Pass gives you access to all City of Southlake group fitness classes like Total Body Workout, Zumba, Pilates and Yoga on an unlimited basis for an entire month. Learn more here.

LiveFit LiveWell Lecture Series

The City of Southlake partners with Executive Medicine of Texas to provide this LiveFit LiveWell Lecture Series. Refreshments are served at 5:30 PM & lectures begin at 6:00 PM. Lectures will have Trivia Prizes and on-site optional Diagnostic Testing. Childcare will be provided. All children must be potty-trained. Join us Thursday, October 12th for a lecture series presented by Dr. Danny Chan.
