Exercise more. Stress less. Spend more time with family. Whatever you want to accomplish in 2018, the LiveFit Wellness Challenge can help you turn your New Year’s resolutions into a lifetime of healthy habits!
The 2018 LiveFit Wellness Challenge, sponsored by Sprouts, will kick off on Saturday, January 13 with a free Health Fair at The Marq Southlake. Stop by from 10:00 AM to noon to meet our vendors and learn all about the fun and innovative ways they’re promoting health and wellness in the community. We’ll also have free health screenings, free samples from our vendors, raffles with great prizes and coupons for delicious, healthy foods. Vendors include CareNow, Texas Sports and Spine, Protein Fit Kitchen, Snappy Salads, Camp Gladiator, Southlake DPS and more.
The annual LiveFit Wellness Challenge is a free City of Southlake initiative designed to inspire the Southlake community to stay active with family and friends while incorporating healthy habits into their lives. Participants compete in daily challenges, track their steps and attend fitness and wellness activities around town to earn points toward amazing prizes. The Challenge concludes with the Superhero 5K and Fun Run on March 17 in Bicentennial Park. All Wellness Challenge participants will receive FREE access to the race so they can show off all their hard work.
You can register online for the Wellness Challenge or come see us at the LiveFit Health Fair on January 13 to sign up in person and get a FREE T-Shirt!
The Health Fair is just the first of many fun, family-friendly Wellness Challenge events that City of Southlake will be hosting from January 13 through March 15. Mark your calendars for the following FREE LiveFit events:
