Lace Up for Camp Gladiator’s Free Couch to 5K Training Program!

Whether you’re a beginning runner or an experienced racer looking to beat your personal record, Camp Gladiator’s free Couch to 5K program will help you cross the finish line strong.

Camp Gladiator’s Couch to 5K program is designed to help runners of all levels and abilities complete their strongest, fastest 5K (3.1 mile) run. The Couch to 5K program includes a FREE 3-month training schedule that will guide participants to safely increase their speed and endurance through a combination of individual training and group meetups.

Participants simply follow the Couch to 5K individual training plan throughout the week and then come out to Bicentennial Park each Saturday morning from January 20 to March 10 for a group run and/or workout. These 7:00 a.m. meetups are a great way to get to know fellow runners, stay motivated and start your weekend strong. Best of all, you’ll earn 3 points toward the Wellness Challenge for each meetup you attend!Runners take off for the Superhero 5K

The Couch to 5K training program culminates with the Superhero 5K and Fun Run in Bicentennial Park on March 17, which also marks the official end of the 2018 LiveFit Wellness Challenge. Although you do not have to be registered for the Wellness Challenge to take part in the Couch to 5K program, Challenge participants will receive FREE entry into the Superhero 5K to show off all of their hard work and dedication.
