Southlake’s Spring Preschool Athletics Programs Offer Big Fun for Little Athletes

Sports are a great way for young children to make friends, build self-esteem and discover how rewarding it can be to live an active lifestyle.

Southlake Parks and Recreation offers two spring athletic programs designed specifically with preschoolers in mind! Mini Dribblers and Mini Kickers use creative games and kid-friendly drills to introduce preschoolers to the fundamentals of basketball and soccer. Children ages 4-5 will learn how to dribble, pass, shoot, kick and more! Each session will be well-supervised with an emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship and overall fun. Don’t miss the last day of each session when players will demonstrate their skills in a “Big Game!”
