Located at the southwest corner of White Chapel Boulevard and State Highway 114, Chapel Crossing will soon add to Southlake’s thriving health care industry, with construction scheduled to be complete in June and physician practices opening for business this fall.
The 48,600-square-foot, three-story Class-A medical office building will house a variety of medical occupants in the state-of-the-art facility.
JLL Healthcare Brokerage Lead Ryan H. Dale and Vice President Ruth Griggs are in the process of leasing space in the new medical office building and are looking forward to being a part of the Southlake community. “We’re excited about the upcoming grand opening of Chapel Crossing, which I believe responds to the need for more professional, Class-A multi-tenant medical office product in the growing Southlake community,” said Dale. “This immediate area is going to look completely different in a few short years. We’re approximately 45 percent leased with a strong tenant base committed prior to opening.”
The first practices expected to see patients at Chapel Crossing include: Irving Orthopedic & Sports Medicine, Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute, Aesthetic Specialists, and ATI Physical Therapy.
The medical development is a joint venture between Grapevine-based 2GR Equity, a commercial real estate investment firm, Dallas-based developer Brown Company Partners, as well as other physician-tenant investors. Prospective physician tenants also have the opportunity to invest in the real estate development as well. “We have been working on this project for some time, it has come together extremely well and I know it will be a great asset to the City and the 114 corridor,” said David Karr, of Brown Company Partners.
Chapel Crossing will contribute to Southlake’s growing medical community. Already home to several large health care facilities, including Methodist Southlake Hospital, Texas Health Southlake, Cook Children’s Urgent Care and Pediatric Specialties, and Southlake Medical Office Building, Southlake continues to offer patients a healthy variety of medical offerings.
