Carroll Odyssey of the Mind Teams are World Championship Bound

Last weekend, 18 Dragon Odyssey of the Mind teams competed in the State Tournament at Waller high School, outside of Houston. Out of all of the outstanding performances, 10 Dragon teams earned a spot at the 40th Odyssey of the Mind World Championships in late May at Michigan State University. They will be competing against 800+ teams from 15 different countries.

Odyssey of the Mind is an international creative problem-solving program that engages students in their learning by allowing their knowledge and ideas to come to life in an environment that builds self-confidence, encourages teamwork and fosters development of life skills. Odyssey of the Mind proves that students can excel and have fun through creative and innovative learning.

Congratulations to all of the Dragon OM students and volunteer parent coaches who put in hundreds of hours of practice throughout the year! Below are the teams advancing to the World Finals:
