- Lady Dragons Advance to Round Three of UIL Playoffs

An offensive barrage sealed the Area playoff victory for the Lady Dragon soccer team on Monday night. Senior Madi Drenowatz netted two goals in the match against South Grand Prairie.
Seniors Taylor Tuft, Syndey Noble, and Kendal Gilpin also scored a goal each to push the Lady Dragons to the 5-1 victory.
The match was very back and forth for the first fifteen minuted with neither team being able to gain an upper hand but Drenowatz ended that scoreless period with her first goal on an impressive header directly in front of the SGP goalkeeper.
The Lady Dragons will advance to round 3 to take on Coppell on Friday night at Denton HS at 7:30 PM
