The City of Southlake values commitment to excellence by responsively providing quality customer-service to our public. For this reason, the Planning and Development Services Department has re-vamped its Customer Service Survey to make it easier for residents to leave feedback on their experience working with our staff.
“We utilize these surveys a tool to improve our business practices and ensure that our customers/residents are satisfied with the services that the Planning and Development Services Department provides,” stated Senior Director of Planning and Development Services Ken Baker, “The survey also allows us to gauge our customers perception of the department as well as increase communication practices between the City and the customer.”
The survey consists of three short questions with an additional blank space to leave additional comments.
The planning department plans to use this feedback to continually improve their delivery of service for residents and customers alike!
