Lane Closure on EB SH 114 – Delta Marriott Hotel Construction

Starting Monday, April 15, the right lane of eastbound SH 114 frontage road, just after N. White Chapel will be closed. The closure is expected to last for about five months.

All road closures on SH 114 and its frontage road are managed through TxDOT who reviews and approves requests for any changes to traffic patterns. The hotel developers requested and were granted a permit for the closure to build a deceleration lane for two new entrances for the new Delta Marriott Hotel under construction at that site.

The hotel will be located at the SE corner of N. White Chapel and SH 114.

We ask motorists to proceed with caution when traveling through the area as construction vehicles enter and exit the site and as motorists navigate through work zones for two different projects.
