Crews have started paving Southlake Boulevard from US 377 to just west of Randol Mill Ave.
This project is estimated to be completed by the end of June 2019. All repairs will take place at night and all the surface area will be a bit rough due to the construction work.
The paving project consists of milling the existing surface repairing base failures, which causes cracking and potholes in order to install a new surface on the roadway.
Once the pavement has been completed, new pavement marketing’s will be installed. Phase 2 of the project, which includes repairs from FM 1938 to SH 114, will be awarded later this year.
