Southlake welcomes VariSpace to town

VariDesk is bringing a new workspace venture, VariSpace, to Southlake with the purchase of the former Vista at Solana.

The prime business location at SH 114 and Kirkwood offers easy access to North Texas highways and to DFW Airport making it a great location for growing businesses. The former Vista at Solana location was last occupied more than a decade ago, and while many opportunities to lease the space have been presented, VariSpace has proven to be a great fit for the space.

“Southlake is the perfect place for VariSpace,” said Southlake Mayor Laura Hill. “When we envisioned what kind of company would make this space come alive, this is what we had in mind: future-ready and forward-thinking. Congratulations to VariSpace on their success, and I’d like to be the first to welcome them to Southlake!”

VariSpace provides space as a service to companies seeking both long-and short-term lease flexibility. It provides VariDesk furnished office space for lease. VariDesk has recently found success with this concept with VariSpace Las Colinas. VariSpace Southlake expands on the concept of space-as-a-service, offering “turnkey” workspaces to companies looking for move-in-ready spaces along the SH 114 corridor.

“Our mission is to create workspaces that elevate people and VariSpace is taking that mission to the next level,” said Jason McCann, co-founder and CEO of VARIDESK.

“The response to VariSpace Las Colinas is validating our approach to space-as-a-service. The response has been incredible – practically fully leased out while still under construction. Now we’re ready to expand our vision to Southlake,” said McCann.

“We’re always looking to add quality businesses to the Southlake market and couldn’t be more excited to welcome VariSpace to their new home. We look forward to working with them and all the partners who utilize the space,” said Assistant City Manager Alison Ortowski.
