Nutcracker: Short and Suite Returns to Southlake

Avant Chamber Ballet brings Nutcracker: Short and Suite with live music back to Southlake, Texas presented by Apex Arts League on November 21. The production is a family-friendly shortened version of the holiday classic  with the professional dancers of ACB plus new costumes and choreography by Paul Mejia.

“This performance is a perfect introduction to everyone’s favorite ballet,” says ACB artistic director Katie Cooper. “Nutcracker: Short and Suite will get you in the spirit and launch your holiday season.”

The performance is presented by Apex Arts League who brings major arts group such as the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and the Fort Worth Symphony to the city of Southlake.

Tickets are available online at www.apexartsleague.com or at the door. Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors or Apex Members,  and $10 for children.

Avant Chamber Ballet’s mission is to bring exceptional live dance and chamber music together for audiences in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Our ensemble of classically trained dancers presents a diverse repertoire of classical and contemporary works from local choreographers, as well as internationally aclaimed artists.
