City Launches New Forms on How to Report a Code Enforcement Concern

The City of Southlake Planning and Development Services Department has launched a new form for citizens to use to report code enforcement issues.

These new forms are highly detailed and allow staff to understand the problem before they arrive on site.

The form is broken down into three sections: property concerns, vehicle concerns and other concerns.

There is also space for customers to fill out additional comments if needed.

These new measures are in an effort to continue to educate and communicate with the public to achieve voluntary compliance to create a community that everyone can enjoy.

“Although the City plays a significant role is ensuring that Southlake remains an ideal place for visitors and residents to live, work and play, keeping the public safe is a community effort,” said Senior Planning and Building Services Director Ken Baker.
