Town Square will be packed with new and returning visitors this year for Stars and Stripes.
This year’s festivities will kick off on Saturday, July 3, from 6 – 11 p.m., with the fireworks show starting at 9:30 p.m., weather permitting.
Everyone is welcome to join us in celebrating this Independence Day event by enjoying live performances, kids’ activities and delicious eats.
With the return of such a massive outdoor event like Stars and Stripes, it’s important to be prepared and take safety precautions to ensure you are comfortable and safe during the event.
To make the best of your experience, follow these steps:
| DO Bring a blanket to sit on! |
DON’T Utilize a tarp to sit on! |
| DO Bring pop-up and folding chairs to sit on! |
DON’T Bring tents that block people’s views! |
| DO Bring water and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy! |
DON’T Bring alcohol of any kind to drink! |
| DO Bring your family and friends to enjoy the festivities! |
DON’T Bring your pets to the festivities! They won’t enjoy the fun! |
| DO Bring sunscreen and bug spray for the night! |
DON’T Forget to reapply, reapply, reapply! |
Please note, you can set you up for the event starting Friday, July 2 at 7 p.m., however, the City is not responsible for any unattended, lost or stolen items.
