Meet World Class Employee Dianne Low

Delivering world class customer service is the difference between a good experience and a great experience, and if anyone knows how to better serve the community, it’s our very own world class employee, Dianne Low.

Low knows a thing or two about providing top notch customer service to the City’s internal customers.

She serves as an office assistant for the Parks Division of Community Services where she plays a key role in supporting the parks staff.

She updates calendars for pavilion reservations and the associations with their schedules for field prep, works as the department’s purchasing liaison processing and receiving invoices and maintains a spreadsheet to keep up with the budget, projects, irrigation systems, licenses and other departmental needs.

Her world class customer service has earned her the Kristin Pitzinger Customer Award for Employee Appreciation 2020.

“The City of Southlake has the most beautiful parks and sports complexes that I have ever come across,” Low said. “The “parks guys” do such an amazing job and take pride in every area that they oversee. I really enjoy being a small part of that and I’m thankful that I get to work with such a great team.”

Low has worked for the City of Southlake for over nine years.
