The Come Fix This form has been upgraded to Southlake Serves, a new online portal with a sleeker look and better features. This portal provides residents with a more streamlined and convenient way to report non-emergency residential issues, submit questions, or give feedback directly to the City.
Our residents are our highest priority, and we want you to know we are listening to your concerns. Southlake Serves provides us with an enhanced avenue to do that.
With Southlake Serves, residents can briefly describe their issues while also being able to upload up to five photos or documents per request. Additionally, GPS features give us a precise location of the reported problem, allowing us to address it in a swift, timely manner. For your convenience, a service number is generated upon submission for reference.
“We saw a great opportunity to serve our residents better,” Melody Andersen, Operations Manager, Customer Service said. “We are passionate about managing the needs of Southlake with great care and attention. That makes this community its best, and we want our residents to enjoy a fuller Southlake experience.”
Southlake Serves allows us to consolidate the multiple ways customers can currently contact the City on the website, streamlining the process.
Centralizing these forms is also more convenient for users and allows your problems to efficiently reach the appropriate Department in the City, creating a smoother experience from beginning to end.
Prefer using a smartphone? Don’t worry, we are also launching an app that works with our new online portal. You can easily download the app via Windows, Apple, and Google Play stores. Download CitizenVue from your app store, share your location or enter the code Southlake. Once those steps are done, you are ready to begin entering your concerns or suggestions. If you need help with this process, please see our “How-To” video below:
Please note this new portal is not intended to report police or fire emergency issues. In an emergency, please dial 9-1-1.
The City of Southlake looks forward to hearing from you and better serving you.
