The 2022 election season is upon us. Do you need to file for a ballot by mail?
Filing opened January 1 for a ballot by mail for 2022 election dates.
If a voter meets one of the four conditions that prevents them from appearing in person during the early voting period or the election, they are eligible to apply for a ballot by mail.
Information on applying for a ballot by mail as a Tarrant or Denton County voter can be found on our website.
Voters must apply and return their application by February 18 for the March 3 primary election.
For the May 7 election, the deadline for the ballot by mail application to be received is April 18.
The City of Southlake General Election will be May 7.
Early voting is available April 25 – May 3. More information about the general election is available online.
