A joint road reconstruction project to pave N. Carroll Avenue is set to start this week as a part of an interlocal agreement with Tarrant County and the City of Southlake. Roadwork will be completed in three sections: Each sector will take at least two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half weeks to complete, weather permitting. Crews are scheduled to begin work starting on the west lane moving east at Sector A on Thursday, May 27, from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., weather permitting. Flaggers will be on site to guide traffic. Sector A is expected to be completed by Tuesday, June 18, weather permitting. The entire project is expected to be completed by August 2021, weather permitting.
