When it comes to starting your fitness journey at a state-of-the-art facility like Champions Club, having a support advocate that will help guide you through the membership process can make things a lot easier.

Meet Marianne Burton, she is the membership coordinator at Champions Club.

“As the membership coordinator, it’s my job to ensure our members have a world class experience while at Champions Club,” said Burton.

Burton has been serving members since September 2020. As the membership coordinator, her job is not limited to just signing up new members, it also involves continuous outreach efforts to our customers.

“Every day is different. Recreation keeps you on your toes,” Burton said. “Part of my day includes giving tours of Champions Club and helping Southlake residents become a part of our membership family. When someone becomes a new member, I help provide them with the tools to get connected at Champions Club.”

She also helps to create a variety of member appreciation events and activities to keep members engaged.

“I work collaboratively on different projects with my amazing team of coworkers to make sure Champions Club is your recreation home, not too far away from home,” Burton said.

Her day also includes answering customer questions across multiple platforms.

“Our members communicate with Champions Club via phone, email, social media and in-person of course! Our members’ needs are always my priority. I work to ensure all requests and questions are answered quickly,” Burton said.

Although her day involves layers of responsibilities, Burton is always looking for ways to elevate the Champions Club experience.

“I love the challenge of always looking for ways to improve service to the community,” said Burton. “My favorite part of my job is when you can stand at the top of the stairs of Champions Club and see everyone doing different enriching activities with a health and wellness focus.”
