Making A Splash This Summer with the Southlake Historical Society’s Upcoming Exhibit

On this week's episode of Southlake City Spotlight, learn more about how Lake Grapevine helped put our city on the map.

In this episode of SLK City Spotlight, Councilmember Frances Scharli and President of the Southlake Historical Society Connie Cooley announce the upcoming exhibit in Town Hall that will honor Lake Grapevine’s role in putting Southlake on the map.

The exhibit is titled “Making A Splash.” It will be on display in the lobby of Town Hall from Monday, July 15th through Saturday, August 24th. “Making A Splash” is free and open to the public during lobby hours, which are Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The exhibit will be closed on Sundays.

This will be the tenth exhibit presented by the Southlake Historical Society, and we are very excited to tell the story of how Lake Grapevine put Southlake on the map.
