The kids will be out for summer soon, and with a decrease in traffic, contractors will have more room to work on construction for the N. White Chapel Boulevard Widening Project.

Sidewalk demolition work will take place in front of Carroll High School and Bicentennial Park over the next few weeks while sidewalk construction along the east and west sides of N. Chapel Boulevard continues.

Work on the screening wall is also near completion. Masons are applying the final touches of the rock finish on the retaining wall on the west side of the road.

The irrigation sub-contractor will also be back out on-site to finish up a small section of irrigation for the medians.
