Preparations to pave N. White Chapel Boulevard are in the works. Contractors have applied lime and cement beginning last week. Once all the mixture is applied, the subgrade will need time to cure. The next steps are to cut grade to final elevations, test for quality control and set the rebar before the paving can start in the coming weeks, weather permitting.
