Although school just started, it’s never too early for a progress report.

The Southlake Mobility Team has been hard at work completing projects to ensure that our roads are safe, functioning and in good condition for our motorists and pedestrians all year long.

With nine months down, and only four to go before the year is over, here is where we are on mobility projects:

N. Carroll Avenue Paving Project: Completed

The joint road reconstruction project with Tarrant County was completed in August 2021.

White Chapel Boulevard Project: In-Progress

Road work on N. White Chapel Boulevard continues. Work on the temporary lanes has been completed as well as the sidewalk in front of Carroll High School.

Temporary crosswalks are also complete.

The full project is expected to be completed by spring 2022, weather permitting.
