The Southlake Community Band has been bringing residents together through music for more than 30 years, becoming a cherished part of many of the city’s most memorable events and celebrations. The episode highlights how the band’s formation was inspired by former Southlake City Councilmember Betty Springer, whose vision helped establish the organization in 1992.
