Southlake Shines a Spotlight on Parks and Recreation Month

Celebrating Community and Commitment

In this episode of SLK City Spotlight, Councilmember Randy Robbins highlights Parks and Recreation Month, celebrated every July, to express gratitude to the professionals who maintain our town’s beautiful parks. Ryan McGrail and Fince Espinoza, Deputy Directors of Community Services, join to discuss this year’s theme, “Where You Belong.”

The Community Services department provides activities for Southlake residents that embody this theme, ensuring there is a park, program, or service for every age group and demographic. The City of Southlake deeply appreciates the dedication and hard work of these professionals, whose efforts make our city an exceptional place to live, play, and thrive.
