Construction continues to progress on Southlake’s new Municipal Service Center and Public Safety Training Tower, a major investment designed to strengthen the services residents rely on every day.
On this week’s episode of SLK City Spotlight, Mayor Shawn McCaskill joins Deputy Director of Public Works Operations Jack Thompson to explore the progress of the project and what it will mean for the community.
When complete, the Municipal Service Center will bring Public Works teams together in one location, helping improve efficiency and coordination. The facility will also provide a centralized location for Southlake Water Utilities Customer Service, making it easier for residents to establish service, pay their water bills, or get assistance with their accounts. The site will also feature a new Public Safety Training Tower, giving Southlake Police and Fire personnel a dedicated facility to train and prepare for emergencies.
