Time is Ticking – Take the 2021 Citizen Satisfaction Survey Today!

We need your feedback! The 2021 Citizen Satisfaction Survey has been extended until Friday, November 12.

The results from the survey are used by City Council and staff as a guide for planning and resource allocation.

For instance, in 2019, residents sought to learn more about the memberships and programs at Champions Club. Since then, the facility has hosted a number of open houses, job fairs and other events such member appreciation week to increase engagement.

Champions Club also offers Fitness On-Demand, an alternative to group fitness classes to accommodate any schedule at any time.

Your opinions helped us improve our customer service efforts at Champions Club. We want to see how we are doing across all City programs and services.

The survey is online and takes about 10 minutes to fill out with the option to take the longer form, which takes about 15 minutes. You can also take the survey from your mobile device.

The survey is conducted every two years to gather information from residents about their quality of life in Southlake.

If you have concerns or recommendations about mobility, parks and recreation, emergency management services, trash and recycling, public works, the Southlake Public Library, Legends Hall at The Marq and our new recreation center Champions Club, we want to hear from you.

Let us know your thoughts and take the survey today at www.CityofSouthlake.com/CitizenSurvey.
