We need your feedback! The 2021 Citizen Satisfaction Survey has been extended until Friday, November 12.

The results from the survey are used by City Council and staff as a guide for planning and resource allocation.

For instance, in 2019, residents sought to learn more about the memberships and programs at Champions Club. Since then, the facility has hosted a number of open houses, job fairs and other events such member appreciation week to increase engagement.

Champions Club also offers Fitness On-Demand, an alternative to group fitness classes to accommodate any schedule at any time.

Your opinions helped us improve our customer service efforts at Champions Club. We want to see how we are doing across all City programs and services.

The survey is online and takes about 10 minutes to fill out with the option to take the longer form, which takes about 15 minutes. You can also take the survey from your mobile device.

The survey is conducted every two years to gather information from residents about their quality of life in Southlake.

If you have concerns or recommendations about mobility, parks and recreation, emergency management services, trash and recycling, public works, the Southlake Public Library, Legends Hall at The Marq and our new recreation center Champions Club, we want to hear from you.

We want to know your thoughts! Every two years, the City of Southlake conducts a Citizen Satisfaction Survey to gather information from residents about their quality of life in Southlake.

The survey will cover a variety of topics from neighborhood safety, mobility, parks and recreation, the City’s customer service and website, and other key community issues.

“Citizen survey results are so important, an integral part of our work planning,” said Assistant to the City Manager Lauren LaNeave. “We use the results extensively to guide our work and resource allocation, and the data is used to assess our performance.”

The 2021 Citizen Survey will be live on October 1 on the City’s website. Look for communication about the survey on our social media, event signs, signs in the parks, and mailers. Post cards will also go out to all Southlake addresses with the survey information. This post cards are sent on behalf of the City of Southlake.

The survey is mobile friendly and can be taken on any device. The short form of the survey takes about 10 minutes, and the longer form takes about 15 minutes. This will make it possible for most people to participate, even those who don’t have a lot of extra time.
