Dragons Continue Hot Run in 4-5A

The Carroll Dragon baseball team remains tied for first place in District 4-5A with Fossil Ridge.

The Dragons, ranked No. 3 by the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association, produced two shutouts last week. Carroll (21-2 overall) defeated Haltom (5-0) on Tuesday as Ben Leeper got the victory.

Joe Heineman added the second shutout victory 7-0 against Keller Central on Friday. This week, the Dragons host Timber Creek on Tuesday and play at Richland on Friday. Both games start at 7 p.m. Follow live game streams and play-by-play calls here.

Tuesday night will be Rockenbaugh Elementary School night.
