Dragon Golfers State Bound After Region Title

The Carroll Dragon golf team won the Class 6A Region I tournament on Tuesday in Arlington and qualified for the state tournament.

The Carroll Black team won first place and the Carroll Green team finished sixth. Juniors Mason Greenberg and Colin Kober each shot two-day totals fo 139. Both shot 67 in the first round and 72 in the second.

The state tournament will be held April 27 in Austin.
