You have thoughts and the City wants to hear them.
The 2017 citizen satisfaction survey is now underway and will be open through November 15. Southlake residents are urged to participate and share their opinions on quality of life, customer service, communication and other key community issues.

“It’s so important for residents to participate in the survey,” said Mayor Laura Hill. “When you take part, you are helping guide our City’s future.”
Residents will be able to take the survey online, and this year will be able to complete the survey on their mobile device as well. Respondents may participate in a basic survey and will have an option to choose if they would like to continue on to answer additional questions. This will make it possible for most people to participate, even those who don’t have a lot of extra time.
“The Council and I are looking forward to reviewing the results and making plans to address the ideas and concerns our residents share,” said Mayor Hill.
Questions about the survey may be directed to the City Manager’s Office, (817) 748-8001. To learn more about the survey, please visit CityofSouthlake.com/CitizenSurvey.

The day was also created to bring awareness of social, health, and economic issues that affect senior citizens.
The Southlake Senior Activity Center recognizes the importance of celebrating this day, bringing awareness to the community and showing their appreciation to the senior citizens of the community.
