Curb and gutter construction has started in the Vista Trails subdivision. Phase 1 has begun on Overland Trail, construction will proceed north on the even numbered side of the street to the Cumberland Trail and Cimarron Trail intersection.
Phase 2 construction will begin at the Overland Trail and Johnson Road intersection and proceed north on the odd numbered side of the street to the Cumberland Trail. Cimarron Trail intersection. Work will then proceed south on Cimarron Trail on the even numbered side of the street to the Johnson Rd.
During construction, residents will be notified in advance of work to be performed in front of their residence, so parking arrangements can be made ahead of construction.Mail service and garbage collection services will not be disrupted during this project.

The Southlake Street Division will begin performing curb and gutter repair work in the Vista Trails Subdivision on Monday, March 17, 2014. Phase (1) of this project will begin at the Overland Trail/Johnson Road intersection and proceed north on the even numbered side of the street all the way around to Cumberland Trail and Cimarron Trail intersection. Work will then proceed south down Cimarron Trail on the odd number side of the street to the Johnson Rd. intersection.
Phase (2) will begin at the Overland Trail/ Johnson Road intersection and proceed north on the odd numbered side of the street to the intersection of Cumberland Trail and Cimarron Trail. Work will then proceed south on the even numbered side of Cimarron Trail to Johnson Road intersection.
Work is expected to take place from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays. During construction, residents will be notified in advance of work to be performed in front of their residence so that parking arrangements can be made ahead of construction work. Mail service and garbage collection services will not be affected during this project. The project is expected to last four weeks.
