Win Kicks Off Dragon Band's Competition Season

The Carroll Dragon Marching Band performed at the UIL competition in Carrollton on Saturday, Oct. 20. The students received compliments and positive comments from judges who awarded the Dragon Band with straight First Divisions.

The competition season continues next weekend at Clark Stadium in Plano where the Area B marching contest will be held. Members of the Dragon Marching Band will compete against some of the best bands in the state for the right to advance to the State Marching Contest on Nov. 5-6 in San Antonio.
