Creekside Drive: Road and Drainage Improvements

More improvements for Southlake mobility are in the works!

Contractors are gearing up to perform road re-construction and drainage improvements on Creekside Drive starting in July 2022.

Work will comprise of replacing the existing asphalt pavement with new concrete pavement along with storm system upgrades which include new culverts at driveway crossings and a new storm sewer pipe system.

Over the next few weeks, traffic along Creekside Drive will be temporarily affected during construction times. Although traffic may be impacted, customers will still have access to the roadway.

The Southlake Mobility Team will also send out Orange Barrel Alerts via our Facebook and Nextdoor social media pages to notify customers of traffic conditions, road closures, and changes.

This project is expected to be completed by December 2022, weather permitting.

Orange Barrel Alert: Drainage Improvements on Pearson Lane Start 4/21

Starting Monday, April 21, 2014 the Public Works Department will be working on drainage improvements along the north bound lane of the 400 block of Pearson Lane. Crews will be working between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. During this time, the north bound lane of the 400 block of Pearson Lane will be closed.

Please plan on using alternate routes during construction times.

Weather permitting, this project is expected to be complete Wednesday, May 7, 2014.
