Easter in the Park, one of Southlake’s most popular free family events, will return to North Park on Saturday, March 24 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The Easter Bunny has been hard at work filling thousands of eggs with candy and toys for this year’s Easter in the Park, sponsored by Gateway Church. Hop over to North Park on March 24 to enjoy all the free fun, including:

To ensure the safety of all participants, egg scrambles will be organized by age. In order to participate in the Golden Egg Hunt, children must be able to gather eggs without adult assistance.
Egg Scramble Schedule:
10 a.m. – Children ages 2 & under
10:15 a.m. – Children ages 3-4
10:30 a.m. – Children ages 5-6
10:45 a.m. – Children ages 7-8
11 a.m. – Golden Egg Hunt for ages 9-12
Golden tickets will also be placed in a handful of eggs in each division for those lucky hunters to win a fun prize. Be sure to open your eggs before you leave so you can pick up your spring prize at the Parks and Recreation tent!
Easter in the Park is a FREE event with no registration required. Venue parking is limited, so please arrive early. We will also be providing free shuttle parking from the CISD Administration Building (2400 Carroll Ave), only half a mile east of North Park.

Bring your egg baskets because Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny are coming to the City of Southlake and they’re bringing thousands of candy and toy-filled eggs. The annual Easter in the Park event, sponsored by Alpine Materials LLC, is taking place on Saturday, March 19. This year’s celebration will be held from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM in North Park, located at 200 East Dove Road.
Mr. & Mrs. Easter Bunny will be there to hide the eggs and take complimentary photos with families. Bring the whole family out to enjoy complimentary crafts, activities, inflatables, cotton candy, popcorn, photos, and much more! The egg hunts will be divided by age groups (2 & under, 3-4 years, 5-6 years and 7-8 years, with a golden egg hunt for ages 9-12).
Egg Hunt Schedule:
10:00 AM – Children 2 & under
10:15 AM – Children 3-4 years old
10:30 AM- Children 5-6 years old
10:45 AM – Children 7-8 years old
11:00 AM- Golden Egg Hunt for ages 9-12

Join the City of Southlake for an Easter celebration! Easter in the Park will take place on Sunday, March 24, 2013 at North Park from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Activities will include egg hunts, photos with Mr. & Mrs. Easter Bunny, petting zoo, crafts, games, live entertainment, inflatables, balloon artists and much more! Thank you to the Kid Zone Sponsor, Whites Chapel United Methodist Church in Southlake, for their support in Easter in the Park 2013! Activities and refreshments will be available at no cost. Refreshments include: cotton candy, kettle corn and water.
The 2nd annual Easter Basket Contest is an activity you will not want to miss! Print the Easter Basket Contest Form, have fun decorating it and bring it to the event for a chance to win!

Parking:
Additional shuttle parking will be located at the C.I.S.D. Administration building located at 2400 N. Carroll Avenue. Shuttles will run throughout the event.
Entertainment Schedule:
The City of Southlake and Arts Council Northeast are pleased to bring children’s entertainment to Easter in the Park in conjunction with the Masterworks Concert Series.
David Chicken Children’s Entertainment: 1:30 p.m.- 2:30 p.m.
Willie Welsh Children’s Entertainment: 2:30 p.m.- 3:30 p.m.
David Chicken Children’s Entertainment: 3:30 p.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Egg Scramble Schedule:
Children 2 & under: 2:00- 2:15 p.m.
Children 2-4 years old: 2:15- 2:30 p.m.
Children 5-6 years old: 2:30- 2:45 p.m.
Children 7-8 years old: 2:45- 3:00 p.m.
Egg Hunt Schedule:
All ages: 3:00 p.m. until all the eggs are found! Eggs will be hidden throughout the park.
