2014 DragonZone Auction Underway

The annual Carroll ISD DragonZone auction began on Monday, Aug. 11. The 2-week auction for reserved parking spaces at Dragon Stadium raises money for the district’s General Fund. This is the fifth year in a row the DragonZone auction has generated revenue for Carroll ISD.

New this year, Carroll ISD will host the auction on the website www.dragon-auction.com where Dragon football fans can place bids for reserved parking spaces. Auctions for single-spaces start at $100. Auctions for single-spaces plus reserved seating start at $500.

All of the reserved parking spaces are located within the designated DragonZone area of the parking lot at Dragon Stadium. The DragonZone is the center row of parking spaces located directly across from the entrance to the stadium. The DragonZone offers fans the opportunity to arrive at the game at their leisure and guarantees a prime parking spot, all while supporting the school district.

Auction winners will be directed to purchase and pick up their parking pass and seat tickets when applicable, at the Carroll ISD Administration Center located at 2400 N. Carroll Avenue during regular business hours. Passes will be available on or after Wednesday, Aug. 27. Please bring a photo ID.

On game day, DragonZone fans will enter the home parking lot near the field house. Drivers must show their parking pass to parking lot attendants to avoid having to pay the $3 per game parking fee. Attendants will direct DragonZone fans to their VIP parking area where a security employee will allow them access to the reserved spaces. All DragonZone passes and reserved seating packages are good for the five home games during the 2014 football season only. Carroll’s home opener is Friday, Aug. 29 against Austin Westlake.
