Wasson Coaches in Under Armour All-American Game

Dragon coach Hal Wasson served as an assistant coach in the Under Armour All-American Game.

Carroll Dragon football coach Hal Wasson was chosen work as an assistant coach in this year’s Under Armour All-American Game held Jan. 2 in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Wasson served as one of the wide receivers coach for Team Armour, led by head coach and former NFL coach Steve Mariucci.

Also serving on staff was Cedar Hill head coach Joey McGuire, whose team eliminated the Dragons from the playoffs and eventually won the state title. Texas players on the team included top national recruits Allen quarterback Kyler Murray and Cedar Hill wide receiver DaMarkus Lodge.

Team Highlight defeated Team Armour 46-6.
