The Shady Oaks development currently under construction on Shady Oaks Drive will be making a utility crossing across the roadway at Durham Elementary School.
There will be alternating lane closures beginning 8/14/13 and ending by 8/21/13 in the area indicated by the yellow line below. The lane closures will be limited from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily with both lanes open during the evenings and night time. Flagmen will be post at all times during the lane closures.
The Verandas at Southlake development currently under construction south of Watermere will be making two utility crossings on Union Church.
Because of the necessary crossings, there will be alternating lane closures on Union Church beginning 8/1/13 which could last up to two weeks. The lane closures will be between Cypress Drive and Edgebrook Avenue. The lane closures will be limited from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily with both lanes open during the evening and night time hours. Flagmen will direct traffic during the lane closures.
