Burger fans can stop in daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. in the new location at 1230 Main Street, next to the Container Store. In addition to the popular mainstay burgers Hopdoddy is known for, Southlake burger and beer fans can look forward to new items like the rotating “Brew Series” burger. Hopdoddy’s new Brew Series highlights a different craft beer each month with pint specials from local breweries and a limited-time, handcrafted burger that incorporates the monthly beer in an ingredient. In June, guests can expect a spotlight on local hefeweizens along with the new Kahuna Burger made with a chicken patty topped with cilantro lime mayo, hefeweizen teriyaki sauce, a soy glazed pineapple slice and avocado.
Hopdoddy Southlake will also feature the burger bar’s recently updated menu that includes new “shareable” selections like Buffalo Fries topped with buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles, chives and ranch, a new milkshake menu featuring flavors like S’mores and Strawberry Shortcake, and a revamped cocktail program featuring premium spirits and house-blended liqueurs.
Hopdoddy Southlake will also provide support to its new neighborhood through the company’s Goodnight for a Good Cause charitable giving program. The Goodnight for a Good Cause program donates $1 of each Goodnight Burger sold to local nonprofits. Most recently, Hopdoddy raised donations for the Texas Restaurant Association Education Foundation’s ProStart program. The Texas ProStart program prepares students for careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry through comprehensive academic training and workplace experience and is currently shaping the next generation of restaurant professionals at more than 240 Texas high schools, including 25 schools in Tarrant County.
Founded in 2010, Hopdoddy now has locations in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Tennessee and California with additional locations opening in 2018.
