Road Construction Alert: Byron Nelson near Nettleton & Inwood

Pavement repairs on the northbound lanes of Byron Nelson Parkway between Nettleton and Inwood Drives are scheduled to begin August 6.

As the Southlake Public Works Street Division makes the necessary repairs, Byron Nelson Parkway will be reduced to a single lane in each direction within the southbound lanes for the duration of the project.

Drivers who are in the area are asked to keep an eye out for workers as well as message boards and traffic control measures.

The original completion date was scheduled to be August 17, but due to the rainy weather, it has been extended to August 24. Questions? Call (817) 748-8082.

Orange Barrel Alert: Pavement Rehabilitation Construction. 300 Block of Commerce St.

On Monday August 19, 2013 Southlake Public Works staff will begin pavement rehabilitation construction on the south bound lane of the 300 block of Commerce Street. During construction, north and southbound traffic will be detoured to the east side of Commerce Street. The detour will remain in place through Thursday, August 29, 2013, weather permitting.

Thursday August 29, 2013 Construction will begin on the north bound lane of the 300 block of Commerce Street. During construction, north and southbound traffic will be detoured to the west side of of Commerce Street. The detour will remain in place until the anticipated completion of the project on Tuesday, September 2, 2013, weather permitting.
