The median landscaping on FM 1938 is starting to come together as the City’s contractor wraps up its work.
Meanwhile, the contractor continues to prepare for the construction of the Myers Meadow screening wall. Once construction of the screening wall begins, lane closures will be in place for the duration of the project.
The lane re-configuration at the north end of FM 1938, north of Beam Drive, is still in place as the drainage improvements are ongoing. Drivers can expect the lane switch to remain in place until further notice.
As a reminder, while construction work is being completed, the entire FM 1938 corridor is considered a construction zone and the current speed limit of 30 mph will remain in place until the project is complete.
