Booth Space Available for First Regional Expo November 27 at Texas Motor Speedway

Reaching a broader customer base, especially during the holiday season, is a goal for most business owners. Recognizing the challenges associated with cultivating new business leads, the chambers of commerce in Southlake, Keller and Northwest Metroport have joined forces to host the first Regional Expo in Northeast Tarrant County. The all-encompassing event will be held Tuesday, November 27, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Texas Motor Speedway.

According to Dana Davis, president and CEO of the Southlake Chamber of Commerce, the Regional Expo is designed to be a valuable marketing tool for both business-to-consumer and business-to-business providers.

“Expos are an excellent way to meet new customers and can be more successful at a regional level versus doing a smaller, individual event,” he explains. “Our goal is to market the Expo to the membership of all three chambers of commerce, as well as to the general public.”

The Regional Expo is unique in format in that it will be organized into six specialty sections to appeal to a diverse audience:

  • Lifestyle and Leisure
  • Home and Garden
  • Health and Wellness Fair
  • Technology and Development
  • Job Fair
  • Taste of the Region

“We combined the components of both a business and consumer show into one to draw people in. The wide range of products and services on display should be of huge appeal, especially at the beginning of the holiday shopping season,” Davis comments, noting vendors are allowed to sell merchandise at their booth.

As part of the Regional Expo, there will be free health screenings and food tastings, and prize drawings including a big screen television. Companies that are hiring will be noted on the map given out to each attendee as they enter.

The Regional Expo will be held at the infield garages which can accommodate up to 300 spaces. Exhibitor booths are open to both chamber of commerce members ($295) and non-members ($350). In addition, section sponsors are available for $750 and includes a booth and company name on promotional materials. All exhibitors and chamber of commerce members will receive tickets to a VIP reception held during the event.

Admission to the Regional Expo is free and shuttle service will be available to remote parking. The booth application is available online. For more information, contact Bob Grant at Southlake Chamber of Commerce: 817-481-8200.
