First Boston Proper in the State of Texas Coming to Southlake Town Square

Oak Brook, Ill., January 8, 2014 — Retail Properties of America (NYSE:RPAI) is proud to announce that the first Boston Proper store location in the State of Texas will be located at Southlake Town Square (“Town Square”) in Southlake, TX.

Situated in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Southlake Town Square is known nationally as the blue print for success in open-air lifestyle urban developments.

Opened in 1999, the 130-acre Town Square boasts approximately 130 specialty retail shops and restaurants including Apple, Michael Kors, J.Crew and Coach. The center is also home to a 14-screen Harkins Theatre, an upscale urban Hilton Hotel, offices, city and county government buildings, a U.S. Post Office and residential brownstones.

Boston Proper will be located near Chico’s, facing Frank Cornish Park, in the center of the Grand Avenue district. The store will be approximately 1,897 square-feet and is expected to open in the spring of 2014.
