Each month, the Southlake Senior Activity Center offers a variety of educational, legal and health seminars for its members. Visit the Senior Activity Center or call 817-748-8315 to register for the seminar you want to attend!

Pre-registration is required for all seminars. All seminars are free for Senior Activity Center members unless otherwise specified. Seminars are subject to change.

Registration Fee: $5.00
Description: Learn how to navigate the internet safely and get comfortable using a variety of websites and apps, including Google Maps, social media, online shopping sites and more.

Financial Seminar
Date: Tuesday, June 12, 2018
Time: 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Description: The Foundation for Financial Education will explain the new tax laws and how they could affect your retirement.

Learn Then Lunch: Legal Seminar
Date: Tuesday, June 26, 2018
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Description: Enjoy a bite to eat while McGee Law Firm discusses current legal issues affecting seniors.

Technology Q&A
Date: Friday, June 29, 2018
Time: 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
Description: Having technical difficulties? Register for a free 20-minute one-on-one session with a technology expert and get answers for all of your computer and technology questions! Participants must sign up in advance for each individual class and provide a brief description of their concerns. Sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and each class can accommodate a maximum of six registered participants.
