Your Family, Your Community, See What We’re Doing Every Day To Keep You Safe And Sound…

We live in a fast changing world where the unexpected is expected to happen.  With the holidays quickly approaching, many of us are not thinking about safety, but this is where the City is here to help.

Join the City of Southlake, with the Fire and Police Departments, to talk about what the City is doing to keep you safe and to find out what you can do to take safety into your own hands.  Some of the important topics that will be discussed are:

  • Perception of safety versus reality
  • What to expect in an emergency situation in your community
  • What you should do and how you should be prepared in an event of an emergency
  • Things to consider before the holidays begin

“I look forward to a great conversation with our community.  The forum is a great opportunity to discuss crime trends, crime prevention, and to answer any questions that our residents have about their Police Department,” says James Brandon, Police Chief for the City of Southlake.

“Safety is everyone’s responsibility and we want to let you know how you can count on us,” added Mike Star, Fire Chief for the City of Southlake.

This forum will take place on Wednesday, November 16th at 6:00 PM in the Town Hall Council Chambers.
